I have spent decades in healthcare as a clinician, a leader and a resource to entrepreneurs solving important problems. I love sharing the knowledge that I picked up along the way in medicine and in helping startups succeed.
Throughout those years I recognized how very broken our healthcare system is and how much I wanted to help fix it. I also realized that I had a lot to learn about leadership and how organizations succeed.
